Top restaurant in Atlantic Canada (but a price to go with it). Managed by Jeremy Charles, one of Canada's top chefs. Jeremy runs both Merchant Tavern (cheaper fare) and Raymond's (formal dining) and both are exceptional.

One of the world's 50 best restaurants offering a top notch seven course tasting menu, with incredibly unique & local wine pairings and extremely knowledgeable sommeliers. Service is set at a perfect rhythm, with very attentive and accommodating wait staff.

One of the best restaurants in the country actually. It's a really wonderful dining experience if you're into that. I would say expect to pay $300-$400 for a couple. There are plenty of amazing restaurants in St. John's if that's too expensive so fear not. They also have a bar too where you can get anything from the restaurant if you're not into the whole dining thing.
