KnoxViews article stated that the Foothills Milling Company Restaurant might be one of Blount County's best kept secrets. Good food. Casual fine dining. Most of the food comes from local farmers and businesses. "Prices are moderate to high by Knoxville area standards but worth every penny". Reservations recommended.

This was my dad’s absolute favorite restaurant ever! He was known for his love of food and he loved the owners of this place and they grieved with us, when he passed in 2019. I am never disappointed in the food and the experience and now I have an even sweeter memory of my father each time I visit.
