Whaouu est le mot pour décrire ce lieu. Pour les amoureux du shopping vous serez séduits.
Galeries Lafayette is not far away and nice if you want to do some shopping !
The other beautiful department store. If you go up the 7th floor, you can access the terrace for free and enjoy the view over Paris, a must do !
Shop till you drop in Paris' most famous department store. Not recommended if you're on a budget.
The most famous department store in Paris, founded at the end of the 19th century... with a magnificent glass and iron dome.
A symbol of French style, the Galeries Lafayette offers all the brands and latest fashions in Paris
Magasins où vous trouverez les plus grandes marques du monde de Luxe comme Channel, Hermes, Dolce Gabbana ou encore Fendi
Popular shopping destination for any visitor. The glass dome and seasonal installations are impressive, but go to the rooftop deck for a spectacular view of Paris.

“If you want a great run and see Paris at the same time (preferably early morning), we recommend the following (around an hour), Turn right on rue Montorgueil then right onto rue Etienne Marcel. Cross Place des Victoires, continue straight on, then turn left rue Vivienne or right before into the cute Passage des 2 Pavillons if the gates are open. You come into the Palais Royal Gardens, exit on the opposite to Place Colette, then the Louvre, the Tuileries gardens, then onto the lower Quais –Right Bank – you can jog all the way till the end of Ile Saint Louis and come back via the Islands by crossing the Pont de Sully. Turn right onto Quai de Béthune on Ile Saint Louis towards Ile de la Cité. You’ll see Notre Dame, then continue until the Pont Neuf that you will cross towards the Right Bank (right turn), then continue straight on back home via Les Halles. ”

“The Champs Elysees is one of the most famous streets in the world, so be prepared to come up against a fair few tourists, though you can sidestep the hordes pretty easily by exploring the side streets just off the main drag. For most, it's a mandatory stop, if only to catch a glimpse of the monumental Arc de Triomphe which crowns the avenue and which was commissioned by Napoléon to celebrate the armies of empire. The imposing tree-lined avenue is home to a mix of chain stores and luxury brands which, once passed, will take you down to La Concorde, where you’ll find some nice green areas, the French Government buildings, as well as the Grand Palais - a must-see for art and architecture fans alike. Don't miss Rue Saint Honoré - the epitome of chic Parisian shopping which take you all the way to the hip independent bars and shops of Le Marais.”

“While you visit Montmartre or Covered Galleries, mind to have a stop at Grévin Museum. You will find their many celebrities and modern politicians represented in wax ( and you can take a photo with them!). ”
