in Bellagio, off the beaten track is a splendid, quiet authentic little quarter: Piazza San Giovanni. Here is an exquisite, local fisherman family run restaurant---he and his faithful dog. 'Ice' were featured in a Netflix seried called Dogs (episode 'Ice'; worth the watch to see this part of the lake in the wintertime).
