The only place to get your wine (except from in bars and restaurants) in Norway is at Vinmonopolet. And this is the closest to Valleløkka. It closes before 18 pm in the weekdays and 4 pm on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays. The selection of wine is really good!

Vinmonopolet is a government-owned alcoholic beverage retailer and the only company allowed to sell beverages containing an alcohol content higher than 4.75% in Norway. Opening hours: Saturday 9AM–3PM Sunday Closed Monday 10AM–6PM Tuesday 10AM–6PM Wednesday 10AM–6PM Thursday 10AM–6PM Friday 10AM–6PM

Government run liquor stores for anything other than beer. Beer can be purchased in grocery stores before 6PM.
