This is a super cool venue for a stylish dinner. The food and service are great in this wonderful addition to the Ballarat food scene.

The staff are friendly and efficient but unobtrusive. The atmosphere / ambience is very pretty and contemporary with a nod to the hotel’s past. There is plenty of off street parking at the back of the Provincial Hotel but it’s only a 10 minute walk from Skye House. And the food!!! I highly recommend the mushroom risotto - the best I have ever tasted. And the tarte tartin is like being in France. You can have a set menu at lunch - $45 for 2 courses or order from the a la carte. The wine list is also very good
