We cook steaks of premium Ukrainian beef (dry and wet aging), low&slow Texas technology BBQ (brisket, ribs, etc.), eels from Shatsky lakes and silvery river trout. Before we lit it, we traveled through the Carpathians and Transcarpathia in search of traditional recipes and unique products, went around the world studying modern techniques of cooking meat, and, finally, created this place. Gastronomic. Mystical. Someone sings the blues in the red room, accompanied by the techno-romantic creations from Bob Basset and spirits of the ancient forests inhabited by owls. But be not afraid: vatra pleases good spirits and scares away evil ones.
