This is a nice trip to take if you’re going to the dunes or the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore. The overlook is breathtaking! Watch for poison ivy!

“Glen Haven shows a bit of the history of the area. The living quarters of turn of the century workers still stand, as do some of their outbuilding. There is also little ship museum. The beach here is cool. There is an excellent hike at the end of the dirt road too. Note: you are hiking in sand. It’s a workout. But the views are worth it!!”
