This small but nice restaurant is one of the places where you can eat good fish. King and lord, here, the cod is served in fried, brás or Varina or gratinado in the oven in a mud dish. But this restaurant is also filled with rich history, where musicians and fadistas passed and where Jose Saramago had lunch and dinner for years in a row.

The codfish is typical Portuguese food, and I love it. In Varina da Madragoa you can taste the true and traditional recipes of portuguese food.
