So hipster, young/student crowd (McGill University is not so far), good coffee (of course) and also a selection of breakfast offerings and sandwiches to please all palates whether for breakfast or lunch. Also a good place to sit down with your laptop and work. Take a look at the decor on Google Maps, you'll either love it or hate it. Anyway, typically Montreal :)
