For me this is the best music place in Tel Aviv. It is an underground spot, with action starting around 23.30 earliest entrance, located at the heart of the city's hangout street. On Thursdays and Saturdays they have sooo good electro music and when you're done with that you can just stroll down in any direction and get done with the munchies. Look for a regular looking door just at the begining of Rothchild Blvd
