Whether your passing through Hotchkiss on a family vacation and need a great meal, or looking for a steak and beer after a trip down the Gunnison River, Pat's Bar and Grill is the restaurant to visit! Pat's is a friendly local/ tourist hangout with excellent food, atmosphere and staff. There is a patio perfect for a beautiful starry evening.

Pretty tasty food, affordable prices. Great little local bar & grill! We often ride bikes down there with our little one in tow, and eat on their back patio. Our favs: Grilled Bird Veggie Melt burritos, fish tacos, or Hotchkiss burger * Salads are also pretty yummy, just get that dressing on the side, unless you like it doused on there!
