Created in the 17th century as the garden of Noordeinde Paleis (North End Palace), former residence of the Dutch royal family and current working palace of the King, the garden is now a public park and peaceful green space in the middle of the city.

This garden is a small park that is owned by the Royal Family. However, it is open to the public. An ideal place to relax and drink a glass of wine. Easy to reach with Tram 16 towards Statenkwartier. Get out at the Noordwal tram stop.

This park with flowerbeds, fountains, lies directly behind Noordeinde Palace. Every day the inhabitants of The Hague gather in this quiet oasis. On warm days, adults seek shade amongst the trees, children play in the grass and enjoy a picnic in the park.

The garden of the palace, freely accessible during daytime. In summertime people hang out on the grass, ofr a picknick. But also crowded with bootcampers and people practicing tai chi and yoga (free)
