Neat place to visit. Has a chairlift to the top or now they have an open air truck also. The views are great and there are stories/historical walk with signs that tell about the fire that devastated the area. We love the swinging tree bridges, ziplines, mountain coaster, children's treehouse…
Take a tram ride to some activities above Gatlinburg. Insider tip: Purchase your tickets ahead of time to avoid the wait in the ticket line.

“Parking along the one way road is tricky during peak season but the trouble is well worth it. The hike is not too difficult but I wouldn't want to carry a little one. The hike is roughly 3 hours so bring water & a snack if you want.”

“It's a great for trail running or walking for delicate knees. Makes for a 3.5 mile loop if you go all the way to the sign. You're running or walking the entire time with the sound of river. Positive energy everywhere.”
