Porto Rafti Beach - St. Spyridon. Just 150m away straight down Dionisou Avenue is the beach of St. Spyridon. A unique feature of this beach is the Seatrac: an amazing one-of-a-kind device that helps people with leg mobility disabilities enter the ocean without assistance. The seat then travels along a 20 m track into the water. Also since this device is powered by solar panels. Saint Spyridon has also its own share in sunbeds and umbrellas. It has crystal clear water and is protected from the north winds which sometimes blow in the area. The area has several taverns for good food, cafes and beach bars. If visiting the beach with children be warned because the waters dip and become deep very quickly. After your swim if you want to enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink take Gregou Avenue walking away from the church and towards No. 22 Gregou. Continue on and you will come to Status Cafe and a boardwalk. Status Cafe is your first option but if you continue along the boardwalk you will come across other coffee shops including Smart Cafe and Palmie which are slightly cheaper than Status. All of these options are enjoyable. If you have never travelled to Greece before and enjoy your coffee try a Greek Ice Coffee called a "Frappe".
