One of the finest museums of it's kind of the Mundo Maya area. The museum is accesses via an atmospheric underground tunnel reminiscent of the tunnels dug by archeologists. Upon entry to the main body of the museum, visitors are met me a full scale replica of the exceptional Rosalila Temple, the only fully intact temple found to date in the Maya World. As well the museum houses original stelae + complete architectural facades. A lovely place to get up close + personal with some of the finest sculpture found to date.
