The Baguio Public Market is a one-stop-shop for all your fresh and dry ingredients needs. Fresh fruits and vegetables are available all day, but the coffee and tablea at the famous Garcia’s Premium Coffee Shop may come short when you come later in the day (the line is long), so do this first thing in the morning!
