If you are wanting to adventure around the valley by bike then this is the place you need to go. Mike, Jenny, sally and the team are fantastic and super helpful with give you ideas on where to ride your bike, do guides, repair and have all your biking needs. They also have a rental shop in the summer up by route 7 cafe

Aviemore bikes list lots of great cycle routes, that can also be walked or run. If you fancy an adventure, this one is not for the faint hearted. A challenging circular route taking in the famous Burma Road is highly recommended. You will earn your dinner.
