From website: "360º El Rubio" is located in a privileged environment, with views that begin at the Salinas de San Pedro del Pinatar and extend throughout the lagoon. At our table you can find seasonal fish such as gilthead bream, red mullet and the famous Mar Menor prawns, as well as rice dishes such as Caldero or Arroz a Banda.
