This is my favourite swimming pool in London. £5.50 for a swim in the 30m pool, there is also a gym and spa / sauna facilities are available too.

Budget friendly spa, only £26 for 3 hours and so relaxing (and you can stay later if you wish!!) There is a pool, hammam, saunas and steam rooms there. Great relaxing activity. If it is full there is another one at Bethnal Green too called York Hall. Best to phone in advance to book but they normally have space outside peak hours

Fab local gym with pool. One day free for first time visitors if you fill a form, then £10/day thereafter. There is also a spa that can be booked seperately.
