Another wonderful and well-known beach of Sithonia. It is located in a wonderful landscape, while the sea is very clean and shallow. 20-25 minutes by car from Nikiti (about 20 kilometers).

There are two Karydi beaches,the big one and the small one. The big one is the most famous beach in the area, not only for its wonderful nature but also because its shallow, so kids love it. Unfortunatelly, quite often its crowded. And that's when the small Karydi comes in, which is more secret and deep. Karydi beach Halkidiki: Karydi Beach is located 53 km south east of Poligiros, on the Vourvourou bay in Sithonia, the central peninsula of Halkidiki. It is famous for its outstandingly beautiful landscape. The beach sits towards the end of Vourvourou and it is a mix of rocky outcroppings on stretches of fine white sand. The deep green waters of the beach are very clear and shallow enough to make it a safe natural bay for children to swim. The beachfront has several taverns with fresh seafood and traditional dishes. The resort of Vourvourou abounds with many accommodation options and tourist facilities.
