This is not your dorm room ramen! Lots of flavorful options with some great add-ins available. Ask your server/bartender for recommendations. Grab a Japanese beer or some sake to go with your meal.

In their second location (check out the original in Wicker Park), the Furious Spoon is some of the closest Japanese noodles you'll get outside Japan. Complex broth, perfectly cooked noodles and an authentic selection of add-ins (molten egg, anyone?) it's a great introduction to udon.

If you love hip hop, and ramen. Then this is the spot for you! Excellent ramen noodles, I would vote this my favorite ramen spot in the city. Kitchen serving untill 1am. Sake also on tap.
