Peruvian. I may be too much of a ceviche snob to be objective, but I find theirs to be on the overly acidic side -- for that you're better off taking the trip into the west village (see Panca). Otherwise, they have an AMAZING Aguadito de Pollo (Cilantro rice chicken soup). These guys fill up on the weekends. Reservations recommended.
