Swiftwater is an absolutely beautiful place. They offer generous wine tastings and feature special pairing flights for planning your Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. The Syrah is my personal favorite, with notes of lavender and cardamom. They also offer cocktails and charcuterie as well as lunch and dinner fare. The persimmon & prosciutto flatbread is delicious as is the beet and persimmon salad with flat iron steak, but truly you can't go wrong. Cozy up in a booth or sit by the fires out back for some fresh air and sunshine.
