9 miles of paved riverside path, from Oxbow park to La Posta Road (Home Depot). Multiple access points through town. Beautiful Cottonwood trees grow all along the trail. It is a lovely place for a stroll or leisurely bike ride!

Great trail to ride a bike, walk, rollerblade. A great way to see the town of Durango while cruising down by the river.

If you’re looking to walk (or ride your bike) through the beauty within Durango, take the river trail! You can start almost anywhere in town. Along the way you will see river rafters and tubers navigating the river.
