This place is a small butcher shop with a lunch counter. It’s owner operated with no real staff. The menu for the day is a chalkboard on the wall. It’s very meat forward. It’s minimal, slow, but very delicious. Do not go here expecting fast service. Do come here for fantastic food, skillfully prepared. Shank may have the best burger in town. The charcuterie is amazing. Be prepared to wait, especially if it’s busy.

A MUST FOR LUNCH pimento cheese burger on toast pulled pork sliders with white Alabama BBQ sauce and homemade pickles no sides because you do not need them. beer and wine - they close early...look them up
