Convenient if you are visiting the ANZAC museum (thoroughly recemmended). We found Garrisons to be overpriced with poor service, and definitely not child friendly. Maybe the best plan is to have coffee outside and enjoy the brilliant views over King George Sound, it is worth the price of a cup of coffee to sit there and gaze out over the water.

A dinner with a view! Perched high up on Mt Clarence you get some of the best views for a restaurant that I have seen in a long time. They do take bookings online and require a deposit to book so just keep that in mind when booking. We recommend to go during sunset to get the best scenic view whilst enjoying your meal.

Garrison Restaurant, Bar & Cafes offer amazing local food & wine with a warm & friendly environment whilst you take in the beauty of the King George Sound. "tip bookings are essential and make sure you go while its still light to take in the view and ask for a window seat to watch the sunset"
