Only open a couple of hours on Fridays, this is one of the finest Roasteries in Norway, with several championship top 3 wins. Often a wide choice of ecologically certified beans. Can be enjoyed at cafés all over Ålesund and beyond, but going there to learn about Norwegian coffee culture is a unique experience.

In Ålesund, we have some enthusiasts who runs an award-winning coffee roastery, The Jacu Coffe Roastery. Every Friday morning at 10, they open the doors to the public and serves coffee they have roasted during the week
