You can drive all the way to the top and there is an amazing view of North Idaho with a lot of lakes.

Spokane mountain is lots of fun in the winter time with ski and snowboard parks available with passes. In the summer time there is a lot of beautiful views and trails to hike with some old rustic cabins to explore on top of the mountain.. This is state park and there are lots of wild animals in the area so plan accordingly.
