Soft pizza with high-quality ingredients: whole-grain flour, buffalo ricotta, San Marzano tomatoes DOP. Open kitchen – you can watch the expert pizza chefs in action! If you want to eat while walking on the street, I recommend ordering a "calzone fritto", a pizza that has been folded over itself and fried, and is easy to hold in your hand. I go crazy for the one with ricotta and salami: excellent, fragrant and tasty!
