This enormous 500-acre sculpture park in the Hudson Valley has more than a hundred sculptures situated in fields and woodlands. I try to go once a season to see how the art looks in the changing scenery. It’s like the Jurassic Park of sculpture—incredible scale. I’m always awed by the angular Mark Di Suvero towering over the hills. It makes a perfect fall or spring drive of an hour and change. Take a Zipcar and you’ll get two-for-one admission to the park.

One of the worlds great outdoor sculpture installations. Not to be missed! Beware of potentially long delays getting in on the weekends and holidays.
A great place to spend the day walking and picnicking among parklike grounds and massive sculptures.
