If you are looking for a short, scenic, moderate walking trail, the Margaret Falls Trail is the one for you. A 15-minute walk up Reinecker Creek through a rock chasm and over numerous wooden bridges brings you to the magnificent Margaret Falls.

Margaret Falls is an easily accessible waterfall located in Herald Provincial Park. To access the falls requires a short 20 minute (1.5 km) hike that is really more of a walk. It is very family-friendly as it can be enjoyed by almost anybody and is one of the few places where you could actually bring a wheelchair. The trail meanders through an incredibly scenic canyon that is occupied by a lush green old-growth rainforest. Visitors will stroll over lovely wooden bridges and look in awe as they witness the stunning geology of the canyon and its sheer cliffs that tower overhead.

You will not be disappointed with this walk, it is about a half hour drive. Simply pin it into google maps and enjoy the drive. After you finish checking out the falls, it is always nice to continue down to Harold Park you can walk there on your way out of the falls.
