This “spice deli” is located right on the beach next to the dive shop overlooking a coral reef. The proprietor, Flora, is an Ayurvedic therapist and many of the yummy recipes come from this ancient Indian holistic health tradition. Try a variety of homemade salads served in a homemade whole wheat pita. My favorite is the hungry pirate stuffed with hummus, sweet potato, cabbage and carrots and served with a tangy side of house-made hot sauce. Open every day 9 am – 6 pm.
