One star. In hondarribi, At the Alameda, our motto is stay local: 80% of the produce we use comes from within a radius of 25 km. The Bidasoa-Txingudi region enjoys extraordinary conditions. By using these products, we reinterpret our tradition, Basque Nouvelle Cuisine, recovering the more human side of preparing and appreciating food.
