The best Thai food ever. The crispy squid starter, and the Panang curry, are personal favourites. You can get a takeaway, but they rarely answer the phone, so I'd recommend walking down there, ordering face to face, and going for a drink elsewhere while you wait. There's also a Giggling Squid in Brighton.

Looks like a traditional tapas bar, and you can sit and the bar and watch them prepare the food, but the food itself is much more fancy. I would highly recommend the goats cheese Churros with truffle honey. You can go just for a few snacks alongside some cocktails, or for a full dinner. The cocktails are great.

These chips are without a doubt the best I've ever had. Triple cooked. And surprisingly quite cheap, I think about £3.50 for a large portion, and then you get to add all of the unusual dips that you want for no extra charge! If you like satay sauce, you must try the satay and mayonnaise with onions on top.

If you like cocktails, it's a must visit. It's hidden down a tiny little alley, quite a lot of the cocktails are set fire to at the bar! Nice little place, not as posh as most cocktail bars, but has quirky charm.

It's really cool, you can see so far, and there's a bar in the middle of the pod! I've been on it three times even though I live here...

Bit strange, taxidermy museum, but it's free, and interesting in a weird sort of way. The cyclopse cat foetus in a jar was a particular highlight...

You can walk all the way into Brighton along the sea, and on a nice day it's a really lovely walk.
