Also lets you bring your own food on board :) I take a little cheese n nibbles platter, or during the day why not enjoy an empanada from The Empanada Kitchen with a cold beer. It's open all day .. $$

As the name suggests they offer succulent slow roasted mouth watering meats, either dine there or takeaway everything on the menu is super delicious, love the lamb and especially the super crispy potatoes. Locals love getting a whole roast chicken with sides, and taking home to enjoy. $$ They have recently moved to a larger location, photos not yet updates.

Dining is offered either on one of the very comfortable sofas in front of a very trendy fireplace or ( our favourite ) at one of the window tables. We have eaten there a few times can highly recommed the mediterranean Tapas style food, Fish Tacos are excellent, also love the Calamari & Saffron Sliders and Dill & Parmesan fries .To best enjoy the spectacular view go while its still light. We highly recommend this venue $$$

An excellent service, it runs every 15 minutes from any of the stops on Fernhill rd, just a 5 minute walk away. Use a GoCard to pay for your ride the trip is just $2. Cards can be obtained at in town at O’Connell’s Mall kiosk for $5 then topped up anywhere they are sold or cash only on the bus.Go to www.orc.govt.nz/public-transport/queenstown-buses for further information

The adventures are all in Glenorchy, you can drive yourself or they will take you. The picturesque drive alone makes it well worth while.
