Probably my favourite French restaurant in Montreal, for it's very Parisien bistro atmosphere and art-deco decor. The menu is always fresh, and written on the board above you, and the service is impeccable. It's busy, and meant for a nice dinner, but worth it!

The tourism and hotel institute features a restaurant on its main floor. The food is fantastic gastronomy, but at a fraction of the price you would pay in an ordinary restaurant, as your cooks and servers are culinary students. You must go on their website and book in advance. Highly recommend.

Montreal's "Mountain" is great for hiking, biking, driving, and for an observatory view of the city. Close to the Plateau, Mile End and Outremont areas, it features tam tam drumming on Sundays, and everyone's invited!
