One of the best restaurants in Omaha, featuring locally-sourced, new-American cuisine. A bit pricey, but great for a romantic evening in a super-cool setting (an old boiler room turned into a contemporary restaurant). Great wine list and cocktails.

Officially the "greenest restaurant in the U.S.," The Grey Plume is also one of Omaha's best restaurant. Comparably-priced to the Boiler Room (i.e., a bit pricey by Omaha standards), but super good, inventive, locally-sourced food by Chef Clayton Chapman, whom you may have seen on "Beat Bobby Flay."
