A very steep but gorgeous hike leading to the old fire tower on top of Stissing Mountain. Takes about 2 hours round trip. There are water bottles in the kitchen for you to take with you!

An old school butcher and gourmet food store, they also sell soft serve ice cream in the summer and fill up growlers (you can buy a growler there or there are several on the bar cart in the living room to use!). Famous for their free range turkeys in the fall. For us, a visit to the house isn't complete without a cowboy ribeye.

Local winery. You can do wine tasting here, but I recommend just going in and buying a bottle. They'll open it and give you glasses, you can drink it sitting by the lake or walking among the vines. They also do jazz on some saturday nights in the summer.
