Okay, okay it's in the Gozsdu udvar so it may be a bit touristy, BUT you should definitely see how the Hungarian people party:) the safest option for Fridays or Saturdays if you are okay for a great dance

In my opinion a cultural activity like a theatre performance is able to elevate the whole vacation into the next level. Not just the building is beautiful but luckily Budapest has an amazingly rich cultural life. Be a part of it:)

If you don't miss your regular workout during vacation, definitely go to Holmes Place. it's a huge gym with massive spa section, so don't need to tell anyone you are just going for the pool:)
