The cuts are great and the waiter explains them with some steaks that have an example. The point is just the order. The sides are plentiful, they can eat 2 people with 1 dish.
For dessert I recommend the sufle, which you have to ask at the beginning because it takes time to prepare, but it's worth it.
It is expensive, but you must visit it.
