Thomas Square/Starland District
After you pass Forsyth Park on Bull Street, continue walking south on Bull to visit all the newest shops and restaurants in the Thomas Square Street Car district which gives way to the Starland District. Starland is the newest "funky" area being rehabbed before you arrive at Victory Drive. The FREE DOT bus travels from the first Square (Johnson) downtown all the way to Starland making stops along Whitaker (south) and Drayton (north). To catch the DOT going Downtown towards the river walk to Huntingdon & Drayton, and if you want to catch it going out to Starland District, cross Forsyth Park and catch it going southbound at W. Hall St & Whitaker.
