They sell cheap beer here to go with a wide variety. I think till 1am each night. They also have passable Chinese food and cheap good sushi (the stop serving sushi earlier in the night). They don't deliver but do take phone orders. It's a 4 min drive from the apt.

Fancy Coffee, pricy but if you like coffee apparently this it the place for you. 2 blocks from the apt!!! It's a nice place.
