About 12kms north of Milfontes, the Beach of the Isle of the Peach Tree is a beautiful beach with a dream scenary that has been sung by famous Portuguese musician Rui Veloso. Its waters are quiet and perfect for children.

About 5kms south, this beach is very quiet and its rocks form many natural pools for kids. One tip: when you get to the parking lot, take the road to your left and go to the other side of the beach, near the fisherman’s house on the end of the road. This part of the beach is quieter and more enjoyable.
