In Taman Pelangi, there's a popular Clay pot curry fish head restaurant which is packed with peoples most of the time. The reason i chose this outlet is because the restaurant operate from afternoon till night and with better environment. The clay pot curry fish head serve in small, medium and large sizes depends on request from customer. Once the lid lifted from the clay pot, the nice curry aroma was wafted around as usual. The other ingredients served together in the clay pot was young lady fingers and cowpea. The curry powder taste more stronger, and spicy too! I felt the curry more oily, but it kept the heat very well till finished. The fish was fresh, tender and moist.

Nice Thai Cruisine and the restaurant's architecture and wooden interior are authentic. It has a pond at the bottom level and it is surrounded by trees, which made the atmosphere rather cooling.. The food is not only authentic Thai but creative as well. If you want the good food there, you must order the authentic Thai food like Tom Yam soup, Crab glass noodle, Pandan chicken and the Green Curry (OMG the green curry). Do be careful though, the spice level is authentic Thai, so if your spice tolerance is low, I suggest going for the non-chilli dishes (they are equally good anyways).

Its just beside KSL mall (walking distance), they have live bands, performance is good and classic. You may have a glass of wine or two while admiring the stunning view of Johor Bahru at 26th floor.

If you want to bask in live music (english and mandarin) and people watch, you'd be delighted to find yourself here. They have a wide variety of tapas and main courses on their menu with cheap beer promotion. You may also choose between indoor sitting where the band plays or have a romantic moment seating at their alfresco sea-view seatings. This place is kids friendly and screens sports channels on their projector/TVs. If you are a darts fanatic, you will also get to game with your buddies here as they have about 4 darts machine.

Very conveniently located next to JB Sentral, easy access. Variety of shops is plentiful and the brands are more towards international ones. Good things are there are alot of other malls beside. Cons is too many ppl gone and back from Singapore through this mall.
