This is a place that foreigners simply adore. It has a soul of an English pub in the heart of Sarajevo. In front of it, is a phone booth characteristical of London and double decker bus which is parked just in front of the pub.

This is the old part of the city. It dating from the Ottoman Empire. There you can try national bosnian food such as "čevapćići". That is the most recognizable dish in Sarajevo. Also there you will find a many of traditional handicraft shops, shisha bars, pastry shops where you can try bosnian delicacies such as "hurmašica", "kadaif", "tufahija"... and the best of all is the distance from apartment, it will take you 8 minutes from the apartment by slowly walk, and with a car it would be like 3 minutes.

This is the largest mosque in Sarajevo. It was built in 16 century. During the siege of Sarajevo, Serbian forces deliberately targeted the center of the city of culture, such as museums, libraries and mosques. As Beg Mosque is the largest in the city, it was the obvious target. The mosque was renovated in 1996.

During the siege of Sarajevo, Serbian forces deliberately targeted the center of the city of culture, such as museums, libraries and mosques. As Beg Mosque is the largest in the city, it was the obvious target. The mosque was renovated in 1996.

This is a museum of Sarajevsko beer which is the most famous beer in whole country, and you can visit and taste it during the day because it's open till 4 o'clock.
You will need 5 minutes by walk to this architectural beauty. It's the most recognizable building in Sarajevo. Build up at 1896 by the Austro Hungarian Monarchy. The building was built in pseudo-Moorish style, which is style origins found in Islamic art of Spain and North Africa. During the siege of Sarajevo, in the night between 25 and 26 August 1992 from the side of Bosnian Serbs and the JNA, Hall was shelled and set on fire.The fire destroyed the catalog of the National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina, about 80 percent of the book fund and documents that testify to the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina was destroyed, that created priceless damage. Renovation of the City Hall began in 1996, on the 100th anniversary of the completion of its construction. Hall has 208 openings, of which 187 windows. Restoration of joinery was a delicate task, especially because chose oak as an expression of authenticity. It was found like the original - which encourages from the area between Srebrenik and the Brcko.
