Very expensive, but worth every penny! The courtyard garden is great in the summer and they have a wonderful restaurant for them cold, chilly evenings in Winter. Great service and quality of food is excellent.

Lovely drink atmosphere on a Friday or Saturday night, but if you fancy Sunday lunch too, this is a great place to go! I would recommend booking a table if you can.

Great for cocktails and food - I always go for the tapas option and really enjoy it. It's a very big, open place, so if you like loud noise go here... If not, this isn't for you :)
I would also recommend having breakfast and coffee here.

We went here for Christmas and couldn't recommend it enough - lovely atmosphere and in very beautiful settings. This is expensive and on par with The George in Stamford though....

I wouldn't say this is my favourite by all means, however I do think this is a great atmosphere, any time of the day and actually, I am always surprised how good the food and service is. Very cheap and cheerful. I've had quite a few breakfasts here too.

This is newly renovated and a lovely bar/restaurant in the centre of Stamford. The bar has a lovely feel to it and it can get quite lively on a Friday and Saturday night which adds to the great atmosphere. I've only had food a couple of times here, however every time I have absolutely loved it... The booths upstairs are lovely, if you can get one that is!

If you want a Sunday roast, or a quick meal out somewhere, then this is the place for you... If you are into football, rugby, etc, then this pub nearly always has it on for you.

I wouldn't usually put the standard restaurants you can go to anywhere, however this is in a nice setting by the river and if you like pizza, then you can't really go wrong with Pizza Express!

A lovely little restaurant down Cheyne Lane. Would definitely recommend this if you would like a romantic setting.

Zada is new to town and 'competes' with The Mad Turk - I would say that The Mad Turk food is the best, however this has a nice setting. Either one, I'm sure you will be very happy.

At the moment, this is our only Chinese restaurant. We've been here a few times and it has been lovely, however I would recommend booking. Numerous occasions we have taken doggy bags away from here, so prepare to eat lots or take away with you for the next day!

A hotel, restaurant and bar - it has a beautiful restaurant and in the summer it is absolutely stunning outside with wonderful views. Very expensive, but worth it!

The 'sister' bar of The Wine Bar, this is an alternative Wine Bar but this end of Stamford. Personally, I still prefer The Wine Bar down the High Street, however, I still always go here for one! The Wine Bar is very lively and sometimes a bit too much, so this is perfect if you find there is no room there.

12 All Saints' StThe 'sister' bar of The Wine Bar, this is an alternative Wine Bar but this end of Stamford. Personally, I still prefer The Wine Bar down the High Street, however, I still always go here for one! The Wine Bar is very lively and sometimes a bit too much, so this is perfect if you find there is no room there.
