Baguette & Co serves up the best croissants outside of France! And they have a great breakfast and americano deal, both for $6. Also, the orainais, pan au chocolate, and almond croissants are delish.

The Galley is the best kept secret in Vancouver - shh! Located in the Jericho Sailing Club it has an amazing view of the mountains and downtown. Food and booze are reasonably priced too.

Kits pool is great, but the beach is where the action is. A great place for people watching and strolling. It can be crowded when trying to lay down a beach blanket, stick with Jericho for lounging.
