Croft Circuit, plays host to a number of motor sport events throughout the year - most notably the British Touring Car Championships. For those petrol heads amongst you it maybe a destination to visit, or a location for a driving experience.

Thorp Perrow is a family favourite, locate 20 mins away by car - this arboretum is a place of tranquility whilst also offering plenty for the kids to do. They have a falconry, with 3 demonstrations a day, they have a wild animal centre which is home to meerkats and well as a 'Joey' park. It provides a nice day out, with children play areas, plenty of open space and a decent cafe where you can grab lunch and cakes
