Parks & Nature
Little bit of a drive from the house - but worth it for the scenery and small hike in from the trail-head. The views are spectacular, the lake is beautiful, and yes - cold! There is a rope swing to - be careful & safe if you decide to jump from it - but it is fun..

Drive up the dirt road passing a Scandinavian looking house and a couple miles up you will run into a little pond that feeds out of laketown canyon. I sometimes go hiking and fishing up there with my kids. 4X4 is not required but probably a good idea - or a car with good clearance.

Great little theater with local talent, usually from Utah State University drama students. Famously known for the Juanito Bandito plays - but all are fun. Tickets usually around $20 or so. They have snacks, shaved ice, etc., at intermission. We go every year.
